I want to gain muscle throiugh my workout at the gym, but I also want to loose fat off my stomach, Can I do both at the same time, and if so, how?
To lose fat you'll need to eat about 200 fewer calories per day than you burn, any more and you risk losing muscle mass, and your workouts should be heavy in high resistance cardio. To gain muscle you will need to keep a very close eye on your protein intake and make sure you eat at least 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight every day.
