what shampoo can i use to avoid danderuff and long hair?
What ever shampoo u use do the following before every head bath:
Massage ur hair for about 30 mins with almond oil.
Mix sour curd and Methi powder and apply it on the hair , let it dry for 30 mins and then wash off .
Also use good conditioner for smoothness of hair after every hair bath.
I prefer Vatika shampoo as it has lots of herbal contents which help in hair growth.
